Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Squad Forge processes through its website and Discord integration, and how that information is used to run the service.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Information we collect

Squad Forge collects the information needed to authenticate users with Discord, operate the bot, and provide server administration and team-management features.

  • Discord account identifiers and basic profile information made available through Discord sign-in.
  • Discord server, channel, role, and membership metadata required to install, configure, and operate the application.
  • Team, application, verification, moderation, and configuration records created through the bot or the web panel.
  • Operational logs and technical data needed for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use collected information only to run and improve Squad Forge, including authenticating users, linking Discord servers, processing community actions, storing configuration, and supporting recruitment and team workflows.

  • Provide Discord login and account access.
  • Operate bot commands, web administration tools, and automation features.
  • Maintain security, investigate misuse, and keep service logs.
  • Generate community-facing status, analytics, and workflow data within the service.

How information is shared

Squad Forge does not sell personal information. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.

Information may be processed by infrastructure or platform providers that host the website, database, or Discord integration. Information visible inside your server can also be shown to authorized server administrators and users based on the permissions and workflows of the application.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate Squad Forge, preserve server configuration, support team-management history, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, or historical database entries for a limited period after a server disconnects or a user stops using the service.

Your choices

You can stop future collection through the bot by removing Squad Forge from your Discord server and discontinuing use of the web panel.

Because the service relies on Discord identity and server data to function, deleting or restricting that data may limit or disable features.

Security

Squad Forge uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect stored information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and use of the service remains at your own risk.

Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service evolves or as legal and platform requirements change. The latest version will always be published at this URL.
