Squad Forge is a Discord-connected service for organizing communities, game jams, team recruitment, team management, and related administration workflows.

By accessing the Squad Forge website, signing in with Discord, or installing or using the Squad Forge application in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may use Squad Forge only if you are allowed to use Discord and have authority to act for any server where you install or configure the application.

You are responsible for the activity performed through your Discord account, including configuration changes, moderation actions, and team-management actions triggered from the web panel or the bot.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
• Do not use the service to harass users, bypass moderation, spam communities, or automate abusive behavior.
• Do not reverse engineer or overload the service in a way that disrupts normal use for others.

Squad Forge depends on Discord and related third-party infrastructure. Availability, permissions, and features may change if Discord changes its APIs, policies, or platform behavior.

Your use of Discord and any connected third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

You retain responsibility for the data, messages, server settings, team listings, and other content processed through your communities.

You grant Squad Forge the limited permission needed to store, display, and process this information in order to provide recruitment, administration, analytics, verification, and team-management features.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time, including in response to operational, security, or platform requirements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.

Access to Squad Forge may be limited or terminated if use creates security risk, violates these terms, conflicts with Discord policies, or harms the service or other communities.

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the application from your Discord server and discontinuing use of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squad Forge is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squad Forge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the service.
